Jackson Chourio opened the scoring in the first inning with a solo homer to center field that traveled 412 feet. Blake Perkins broke the game open in the fourth inning with a three-run homer to left center, scoring Gary Sanchez and Luis Rengifo to extend Milwaukee's lead to 4-0.
Cristopher Sanchez took the loss for Philadelphia, allowing four runs on eight hits over 5.2 innings. The left-hander struck out three and walked one, falling to 8-3 on the season with a 1.82 ERA.
Milwaukee improved to 42-26 and maintained first place in their division. Philadelphia fell to 38-32 despite entering the game with a one-game winning streak.
