The Angels sit at 17-34 (.333) and in last place in the AL West, 9.5 games behind the division leader. The team currently carries 13 pitchers, six infielders, four outfielders, two catchers and one designated hitter on their active roster.
Moncada is tracking toward 200 career doubles, currently sitting at 171 and needing 29 more to reach the milestone. This marks his first injured list placement of the 2026 season.
