Cooper Pratt signed an eight-year extension with the Milwaukee Brewers worth $50.75 million with two club options.

The contract includes two club options worth approximately $15 million per year, with the value of those options able to increase via escalators. Pratt was selected to the 40-man roster and optioned to Triple-A Nashville following the signing.
Pratt posted a .238/.343/.348 line at Double-A in the 2025 season with a 12.7% walk rate and 15.2% strikeout rate, hitting 8 home runs and stealing 31 bases. He made his Triple-A debut in March 2026. The Brewers designated outfielder Steward Berroa for assignment in a corresponding roster move.
